The 3-hour free parking offer Terms and Conditions:
1. The 3-hour free parking offer (“Offer”) only applies to Car Park 2 (for private cars only) but not to other Car Parks at Hong Kong International Airport.
2. Parking space is limited, subject to availability of Car Park 2. Please follow the instructions of on site staff.
3. Each customer can redeem the Offer only once per day (on a single car basis). The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers and redeemed for cash or other offers.
4. The Offer is up to a maximum of 3 hours only. Customers are responsible for the parking fees of subsequent hours which must be paid by credit cards or Octopus.
5. The Offer must be redeemed and used on the same day as on the sales receipt(s), otherwise it will be void.
6. For spending at the 4D Extreme Screen Cinema, customers may redeem the Offer with their ticket stubs. For spending at Asia Hollywood or i-Sports, customers are required to request for receipts upon payment to redeem the Offer. Otherwise, no receipt will be reissued.
7. Receipts of waiting lounge, pay-in lounge, club, airport staff restaurant, car park, post office, airlines, hotels, hotel shuttle bus services, Airport Express tickets, currency exchange at Travelex, Octopus reloading and cash coupon purchase at any outlets (except Hung Fook Tong) are not valid for the Offer redemption.
8. Customers are required to bring relevant receipts to the redemption booth (Level 5, Terminal 2) to redeem the voucher and then proceed to Car Park 2 customer service centre at the exit of Car Park 2 to enjoy the offer.
9. The Offer will be suspended when typhoon signal number 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory.
10. Airport Authority Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. In case of disputes, the decision of Airport Authority Hong Kong shall be final.
